Mamie Eisenhower Library Project
The Mamie Eisenhower Library Project (MELP) was designed to foster Republican philosophy and ideas through the donation of related books to libraries, schools, hospitals and other institutions. Individual units and divisions develop this program within their organization's structure.
This program was named for First Lady Mamie Eisenhower wife of the Dwight David Eisenhower, the 34th President of the United States.
