Catharine Baker received more votes than any of the other three candidates which bodes well for November, when she will run against Tim Sbranti; Judge Phan Tue made a very good showing and will face off against Mark DeSaulnier in November.

Allison Olson is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, with a degree in Political Science. Allison was the Deputy Finance Director for the McClintock For Congress campaign and previously interned with Wilson-Miller Communications in Sacramento, a position that included tracking California legislation for clients of the firm. No stranger to Republican Volunteer organizations, she chaired the Davis College Republicans from June of 2006 until May of 2008. She was also a Fellow with the Foundation for Defense of Democracies from April of 2007 to May of 2008. During that time, Allison studied in Israel and Washington DC with counter-terror experts.
